This technology allows accurate positioning of the hip prosthesis. Particularly useful in cases where there may already be a mismatch in leg lengths, the computer will tell us accurately how much the length and offset (how much the hip sticks out) will change following the surgery. This allows new improved levels of accuracy. Unlike other systems no CT scans (with associated radiation) are required.
